Relating To Controlled Substances.

Abstract

Bans hemp products that contain cannabinoids created through isomerization, including Delta 8 tetrahydrocannabinol. Adds Delta 8 tetrahydrocannabinol to the list of schedule I controlled substances. (SD1)
